Permitted use
1DG provides services according to each package description and terms. Customers determine their own purposes and are responsible for compliance with applicable law, third-party rights and platform rules.
Prohibited misuse
1DG does not encourage, approve or assist the use of services for fraud, impersonation, theft, harassment, infringement of others' rights or other unlawful conduct.
Limits of oversight
As an online service, 1DG cannot verify every customer's actual intended use. This does not remove any legal obligations applicable to 1DG.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for the content, accounts, links and unlawful acts they themselves undertake using the services.
Right to act
Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, 1DG may refuse, suspend or discontinue service in accordance with applicable terms and law.
Third-party platform policies
Third-party platforms may adjust or remove metrics or restrict content and accounts under their own rules. No organic distribution, business results or monetization eligibility are guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 1DG is not liable in place of customers for unlawful acts they independently commit outside 1DG's control and legal responsibility. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
